My Story

Welcome! Partnering on your healing journey is an honor. As a trauma coach, my role is to create a supportive, safe environment where clients can share and cultivate a sense of hope and safety for the future. I have also been a trauma recovery client and understand the importance of trust and safety necessary for healing. I understand alcoholism and addiction. My sobriety date is 12/29/13. Trauma was my gateway drug. Holding space and supporting you, as it was done for me, is my utmost honor and privilege.
